General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) govern the purchase, by electronic means, of products and services made available on the e-commerce website www.apicolturaregnani.it (hereinafter, the “Site”), managed by:

These General Conditions are in compliance with Italian legislation (Italian Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and no. 206/2005, “Consumer Code,” as amended).

The Customer accepts these General Conditions by checking the appropriate box during checkout. Without acceptance, the order cannot be completed.

1. Definitions

Customer/Consumer: Natural person purchasing for non-professional use
Products: Tangible goods offered on the Site
Order: Purchase request submitted through the Site

2. Subject of the Contract

These conditions govern online sales of food and related products via the Site. The contract is concluded when a Purchase Order is submitted.

3. Registration and Acceptance

The Customer must read and accept these terms before placing an order. Purchases can be made with or without account registration.

4. Prices and Invoicing

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
Prices may change and are updated in real-time on the Site.
Private customers do not receive an invoice unless requested; customers with a VAT number must request one during checkout.

5. Methods of Payment

Payment methods include credit/debit/prepaid cards and PayPal, subject to availability on the Site.

6. Shipping Costs and Methods

Products are shipped with DHL or similar couriers.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery in Italy: 2–7 working days; international times vary.
Customers must ensure a complete delivery address; deliveries to PO boxes are not accepted.
In case of delivery failure, additional costs may apply for storage or redelivery.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without penalty.
Exclusions apply to perishable and opened sealed goods (Art. 59, Consumer Code).
Withdrawal requests must be emailed to shop@apicolturaregnani.it within 14 days.
Products must be returned intact, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer; risk remains with the Customer until confirmed receipt.
Refunds (excluding original shipping fees) are processed within 10 days via the original payment method.

8. Customer’s Obligations Upon Delivery

The Customer must verify package quantity and integrity upon delivery. In case of issues, report them to the courier and notify the Seller within 10 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
Not responsible for courier delays or third-party failures.
Not liable for improper use of products by the Customer.
Product images and descriptions are illustrative and may vary.

10. Modifications to the General Conditions

These terms may be updated at any time. Each order is subject to the version in effect when it was placed.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Massa-Carrara, Italy.

12. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Italian law, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR)

14. Acceptance of the General Conditions

By placing an order, the Customer declares they have read and accepted all the clauses. Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code apply to the acceptance of key contractual clauses.
