Honey has a very long shelf life when stored properly. We recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in a tightly sealed container.

Crystallization is a natural process that doesn't compromise the honey's quality. You can gently melt it using a warm water bath to return it to liquid state.
