Below you will find all the useful information regarding shipping costs, delivery times, and how to contact us if you have any issues with your order.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After confirmation, the order is processed in our warehouse and then handed over to the courier. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed starting from the next working day.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. By following the link, you can check the delivery status on the courier’s website. If you do not see the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder (if you use Gmail).

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?

Upon delivery, we recommend checking the package and its contents together with the courier. If something is missing, if there are damaged or incorrect items, or if the package appears tampered with, we advise you to refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Yes, we ship to all countries in the European Union, but not outside of it. Here is the list of countries we currently ship to:

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you make a purchase as a private consumer, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty and without needing to specify a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that can deteriorate quickly or to sealed items that, once opened, can no longer be resold for hygiene or health reasons.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw, send a written communication to [email protected] within 14 days from the delivery date, including:

• Order number and date

• Customer details (name, surname, address, email/phone)

• An explicit statement of your intention to withdraw

• The code or description of the product(s) you wish to return

You must then send back the product(s) within the same 14-day period.

Returning the Goods

Items must be intact, in their original packaging, and, for food products, unopened and untampered with; the warranty seal must remain intact. The return address will be provided via email.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, who remains liable for the goods until they are confirmed as received in our warehouse.

Refund

Once the returned products are received, within 10 days Apicoltura Regnani Lendra will process the refund of the amount paid, excluding initial shipping costs, using the same payment method chosen by the customer (unless otherwise agreed). If the products are damaged or show signs of use beyond normal inspection, we may deduct any loss of value from the refund.
